Introduction

JasperPal is a Java Swing based report designer for the powerful Java report-generating tool JasperReports.
JasperPal integrates the required editing functions in a javax.swing.JPanel, and therefore you can now initiate the report designer to change your report templates in your Java application.
Currently, the implemented functions enable you to create/open/edit/save the JasperReports designs (*.xml; *.jasper), and compile them into the JasperReports (*.jasper).

use the JasperDesign and the dori.jasper.engine.design objects as its data model, and the JRXmlLoader/JRXmlWriter as the XML input/output handlers to imporve the consistency between designer and the report engine, use use a design verifier (customized from JRVerifier) to provide instantaneous design verification information.
